One address handles everything: [email protected]. A reviewer answers in English, usually the same working day and always inside two. There is no phone number and no chat box, deliberately, because email leaves a dated record of what was reported.

Payout reports are the ones we act on fastest. A usable report carries four things: which brand, which day the request went in, which cashier option you picked, and which day the funds showed up. With those, we re-run the test ourselves. If the delay holds up, the figure in the review changes and so, often, does the ranking position.

Other corrections are just as welcome. Bonus terms that no longer match what we quote, a payment method that has quietly vanished from the cashier, a founding year that is a year out, a broken link. Send it and it is fixed that week, with the page's update date moved forward so readers can see it happened.

There are limits to what we can do for you. We are not lawyers or tax advisers, and we have no standing to reopen a frozen account or overturn a refused payment. The useful thing we can offer is the identity of the body that issued that brand's licence, together with the complaints channel it runs, since that is the route with any real leverage.
